About the Role
Care Support Workers play a vital role in helping individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity.
Duties may include:
- Providing emotional and practical support
- Assisting with daily living tasks
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
- Working within residential or community-based environments
- Following safeguarding, behaviour support, and care plans
Training Pathway
NESI Staffing Solutions offers a structured training programme for individuals without prior care experience. To comply with Employment Agency Standards, please note:
- Training is optional and not a condition of using our agency services.
- A training fee of £60 applies for those who choose to complete our introductory support worker training.
- You will also be required to pay for your own Enhanced DBS check (cost set by the Disclosure & Barring Service).
- Completion of training does not guarantee employment, but successful candidates may be offered work placements subject to client demand and suitability checks.
