About the Role

Care Support Workers play a vital role in helping individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity.

Duties may include:

  • Providing emotional and practical support
  • Assisting with daily living tasks
  • Promoting independence and wellbeing
  • Working within residential or community-based environments
  • Following safeguarding, behaviour support, and care plans

Pay & Shift Information

This role is paid at £13.44 per hour. An enhanced payment of up to £55 is available for any sleep‑in shift completed. We offer a range of shift options to support flexibility, including day shifts, sleep‑in shifts, and waking night shifts.

Training Pathway

NESI Staffing Solutions offers a structured training programme for individuals without prior care experience. To comply with Employment Agency Standards, please note:

  • Training is optional and not a condition of using our agency services.
  • A training fee of £60 applies for those who choose to complete our introductory support worker training.
  • You will also be required to pay for your own Enhanced DBS check (cost set by the Disclosure & Barring Service).
  • Completion of training does not guarantee employment, but successful candidates may be offered work placements subject to client demand and suitability checks.

Appointment Maker / Lead Generation Officer

£30,000–£35,000 + Commission & Bonuses | Full-Time | Permanent

Triangle Care Group and UMS Group are looking for a confident, ambitious and results-driven Appointment Maker / Lead Generation Officer to join our growing team.

This is more than a traditional telesales role. You’ll be at the forefront of our business development activity, building relationships with Local Authorities, NHS teams, social workers, commissioning teams and other key professionals — helping connect people who need support with high-quality care and supported living services.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, engaging key decision-makers and securing quality appointments for our senior management teams.

Your day-to-day role will include:

  • Making proactive B2B outbound calls and generating new leads.
  • Building relationships with commissioning and social care professionals.
  • Identifying needs and confidently presenting our services and solutions.
  • Turning initial conversations into qualified appointments and opportunities.
  • Managing and nurturing your lead pipeline from first contact through to outcome.
  • Keeping accurate records and providing regular activity and performance reports.
  • Sharing market intelligence and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Supporting marketing, networking and wider business development activity.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who is confident picking up the phone, comfortable speaking to senior professionals and motivated by results.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, telesales or business development.
  • Experience engaging with B2B clients or professional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, resilient and target-driven approach.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • The confidence to work independently while contributing to a wider team.

Experience within health & social care, supported living, domiciliary care or commissioning would be highly desirable. Knowledge of Local Authority commissioning, CQC requirements or referral pathways would also be an advantage.

The Package

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience

  1. Purpose of the Role

The Group Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting The Triangle Care & UMS Group’s rapid expansion across its portfolio of businesses. As a qualified accountant with strong commercial and technical expertise, the postholder will oversee financial performance, strengthen financial controls, and act as a strategic partner to the CEO and SMT.

This role ensures that each business within the group operates efficiently, compliantly, and in line with organisational objectives, while driving forward new initiatives that support sustainable growth.

  1. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Provide strategic financial insight, modelling, and forecasting to support organisational growth.
  • Partner with the CEO and SMT to influence decision‑making and shape business direction.
  • Identify commercial opportunities, efficiency improvements, and revenue‑enhancing initiatives.
  • Support the development of new services, acquisitions, and business units.

Financial Control & Governance

  • Support the CEO and SMT with asset and business acquisitions, including financial due diligence, valuation analysis, risk assessment, and integration planning.
  • Lead on group‑level funding activities, maintaining strong relationships with banks and financial partners, preparing funding proposals, and ensuring the organisation has appropriate financial resources to support growth.
  • Liaise with operational leaders across all business areas to improve financial performance, strengthen cost control, enhance reporting, and drive commercially informed decision‑making.
  • Oversee budgeting, cashflow management, cost control, and financial compliance.
  • Maintain robust financial governance and internal controls across all businesses.
  • Ensure accurate, timely financial information is available to senior leaders.

Operational & Business Management

  • Work closely with business managers to strengthen operational processes and ensure alignment with group strategy.
  • Lead improvements in financial systems, automation, and reporting.
  • Support the CEO with business planning, board papers, and investment proposals.
  • Ensure all business units operate within regulatory, contractual, and safeguarding frameworks.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with internal leaders, external partners, auditors, and regulators.
  • Represent the finance function at SMT meetings, contributing to organisational decision‑making.
  • Provide clear, accessible financial guidance to non‑finance colleagues.

Safeguarding & Compliance

  • Uphold Triangle Care Group’s safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.
  • Ensure financial and operational decisions consider the safety, wellbeing, and rights of service users.
  • Participate in safeguarding training and report concerns promptly in line with policy.
  1. Person Specification

Qualifications

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.

Experience

  • Significant experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a multi‑business or group structure.
  • Experience in both financial control and strategic business partnering.
  • Proven track record of supporting organisational growth and delivering high‑quality financial insight.
  • Experience in health, social care, education or regulated environments (desirable).

Skills & Competencies
