Managing Director
After spending over 12 years in the healthcare industry, Tandy witnessed both the beauty and the challenges of care. She saw the incredible dedication of carers and nurses but also how the true heart of care was often lost in the rush for numbers and targets.
Determined to make a difference, Tandy founded NESI Professionals to bring the heart back into care. Her vision was simple 'to create an agency where people truly matter and where quality always comes before quantity.'
For Tandy, care is not just a job it is a calling. She believes in kindness, compassion, and the power of genuine connection. Her leadership philosophy centres on servant leadership leading by example, empowering others, and creating a culture of empathy, respect, and shared purpose. Tandy champions the idea that great leaders serve first, and through service, they inspire excellence in others.

Business Development Manager
I have worked in Business Development for 25 years in a variety of sectors, I love supporting Business Growth and engaging businesses to highlight the support my employer offers.
I have been a member of the NESI Professionals family for 6 months working as the Business Development Manager. My role is to build brand awareness and engage Health and Social Care businesses to showcase our Staffing Solutions (be that recruiting new team members, offering staff to cover shifts, HR support and a variety of other services). I love working for NESI as we work in the Care sector and each and every member of the NESI family genuinely Cares about what we offer the Health and Social Care sector. We Care about supporting, protecting and helping the sector to grow.
I am always happiest when out talking to Care businesses finding out about their business and highlighting how we can support them. I am proud that we are changing the way staffing solutions are offered to the sector and that we are helping businesses save money through an ethical and professional approach.
Executive Assistant Manager
One of the longest serving staff member of Nesi Professionals with over 9 years’ experience. Having started from the field, caring for clients, on to recruitment, fulfilment, administration, payroll and credit controller. I worked my way up to the Executive Assistant role.
With the vast experience from all these roles, I acquired skills and abilities to manage daily office operations, organise meetings and prepare high level reports, handle confidential information with utmost discretion and act as a trusted liaison between different levels of management. Having an in-depth understanding of the pressure that comes with this industry, yet still requiring the executives to be fully present and prepared to deliver, It is paramount that my assistance is seamless at every point to ensure that goals are still achieved efficiently.
Training Officer
Social Care Professional who has been in the sector since 2018. Progressed from Support Worker to Programme & Training Manager. A dedicated trainer with experience delivering practical training that supports high-quality care and professional development in the social care sector. Skilled in areas such as safeguarding, person-centred care, and compliance training, they help care teams build the knowledge and confidence needed to support vulnerable individuals. Passionate about improving care standards through engaging and effective learning.
Compliance Manager
With over 10 years in the health and social care sector, I’ve worked my way from support worker to senior management, gaining hands-on experience at every level. Since joining Nesi Professionals in July 2025, I bring deep expertise in staffing and compliance, ensuring our services meet regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and client expectations.
I lead on CQC and Ofsted compliance, audits, credentialing, and risk management, while supporting teams across recruitment, HR, payroll, IT, and business development. Practical, approachable, and people-focused, I build systems and processes that help teams deliver safely, ethically, and consistently.
I believe that strong compliance comes from clarity, communication, and shared responsibility. By combining a people-first approach with practical systems, I help teams deliver safe, ethical, and high-quality care every day.
Recruitment Manager
With more than 13 years in the care industry, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting people at every stage of life. I’ve worked hands-on as a support worker with children and young people, cared for the elderly with compassion, and grown into leadership roles that have deepened my understanding of what great care really means.
Now, as Recruitment & Staff Development Manager at NESI Professionals, I channel that experience into helping others find their place in care. I’m passionate about matching the right people to the right roles - from kind-hearted frontline staff to inspiring managers - and I take real pride in helping organisations build strong, caring teams that truly make a difference.
Planning & Scheduling Manager
I joined NESI Professionals in 2022 and have since developed a strong, well-rounded understanding of the organisation through progression across several key roles. I began in office and recruitment administration, where I built solid operational, coordination, and people-focused skills, before moving into a Training and Compliance Administrator position. In that role, I supported staff training, compliance processes, and professional development across the business, working closely with teams to ensure best-practice standards were consistently met.
I now hold the role of Planning and Scheduling Manager, where I am responsible for overseeing workforce planning, staff scheduling, and service coordination across the organisation. I ensure resources are allocated effectively to meet client needs, operational demands, and compliance requirements. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to maintain efficiency, continuity of service, and high-performance standards.
I am passionate about strong organisational systems, proactive planning, and clear communication, and I take pride in supporting teams to deliver reliable, tailored, and high-quality services to every client.
Payroll Manager
I’m a finance professional with over eight years of experience in credit control, payroll administration, and accounting support. At NESI Professionals, I work as a Credit Controller, where I focus on managing client accounts, maintaining healthy cash flow, and ensuring payments run smoothly and efficiently.
Over the years, I’ve developed a real passion for helping businesses stay financially organised and compliant. I enjoy building strong relationships with clients, solving problems proactively, and finding practical solutions that make a difference.
I’m confident working with a range of finance and payroll systems, including Sage, Moneysoft Payroll, Xero, and SAP. I take pride in my attention to detail, confidentiality, and commitment to accuracy in everything I do.
