Determined to make a difference, Tandy founded NESI Professionals to bring the heart back into care. Her vision was simple 'to create an agency where people truly matter and where quality always comes before quantity.'

I have worked in Business Development for 25 years in a variety of sectors, I love supporting Business Growth and engaging businesses to highlight the support my employer offers.
I have been a member of the NESI Professionals family for 6 months working as the Business Development Manager. My role is to build brand awareness and engage Health and Social Care businesses to showcase our Staffing Solutions (be that recruiting new team members, offering staff to cover shifts, HR support and a variety of other services). With more than 13 years in the care industry, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting people at every stage of life. I’m a finance professional with over eight years of experience in credit control, payroll administration, and accounting support. At NESI Professionals, I work as a Credit Controller, where I focus on managing client accounts, maintaining healthy cash flow, and ensuring payments run smoothly and efficiently.
Over the years, I’ve developed a real passion for helping businesses stay financially organised and compliant. I enjoy building strong relationships with clients, solving problems proactively, and finding practical solutions that make a difference.
