NESI Professionals was founded in 2016 by two health care professionals who had spent over a decade delivering care and support to a wide range of service users. They saw first-hand the problems caused by traditional agencies: inconsistent staff, high turnover, eye-watering commission fees and a constant battle to maintain quality and continuity. Determined to create something better, they built a specialist health and social care staffing and recruitment solutions partner that puts genuine relationships at the heart of everything they do.
